"May you live in interesting times"
Reputed Chinese curse
There is no doubt that we live in interesting times! No longer can we make assumptions about the now and the future based on the past.
Another quotation:
"If we want things to stay as they are, things will have to change"
(John George Lambton, Lord Durham)
Change is now assumed to be the constant state that we find ourselves in. Many individuals, and many organisations are not comfortable in times of change, but change will happen whether we control it or not.
To survive and thrive we must grasp the opportunity and change before our competitors do, and before our customers ask us to change.
There will be winners, and losers. Which are you going to be?
So, let us assume that you need to make changes.
Do you know which changes to make? Based on what assumptions?
Do you know how to make the changes?
Do you know what the effects of these changes will be?
Do you know who will make these changes for you, and how they will do it?
In times of rapid change, you need the certainty that your intentions will turn into results. For this you need the best quality resources possible.
I am an interim manager with experience of many change programmes and projects, and I believe that I have skills and experience that will help you succeed.
